J Resort Handhufushi is surrounded by a beautiful lagoon and long stretches of white sandy beaches. This is the unspoiled natural beauty which helps us to forget the hustle and bustle of our daily lives and enjoy the relaxation we seek on a holiday.

Once you have arrived in the Maldives, you will need to take a transfer to J Resort Handhufushi – do not worry, transfer arrangements are part of your holiday package and we will take care of them for you.

On arrival at the Malé International Airport; You will need to board a domestic flight to the Gan International Airport. This will take approximately 70 minutes then you will be taken directly to J Resort Handhufushi via speed boat. And this will take approximately 20 minutes.

The 120 Jacuzzi Beach Villas are individual wooden bungalows located on the beach, offering a beautiful view of the lagoon or ocean and with a more spacious bedroom, a four poster bed, and a jacuzzi for two "under the stars" on top of the wooden decked, private, walled-in backyard with chaise lounges, a shade umbrella and tropical plants.

The Kilhi and The Keimaa; Both restaurants feature the same “all you can eat” buffet style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, served in a traditional open-air dining room with sand floor and thatch roof. An “optional” à la carte dinner restaurant - The Kalhibih specializing in a grilled seafood menu, featuring fresh, local seafood, as well as a selection of international favorites including Asian cuisine. Located near Reception.
An “optional” snack menu is available to guests seated around the swimming pools or at the bars.

Handhufushi Dive Center is a PADI Dive Center that offers a wide range of PADI diving courses from your first breath to the professional Divemaster level. The Dive Center is well equipped with modern diving gear and support equipment that consists of Bauer compressors, aluminum tanks, Aqualung regulators with octopus and SPG, SeaQuest Wave BCDs, torches, Suunto Vyper dive computers and wet suits.

There is a spacious equipment room with 2 large rinse tanks for you to store your personal dive equipment. Also, there are restrooms and a freshwater shower. Handhufushi Dive Team will assist you to plan the next step in your underwater adventure, identify your latest underwater discovery, or answer your questions.

Courses And Education; There are 3 large air conditioned class rooms with the latest education materials. All diving education is conducted within the PADI standards and instruction is available in English, German, French and Italian.

The PADI Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver course and Advanced Open Water courses start every week. Specialty and other courses are available on request.

4 Kilometers of Beautiful White Sand Beach, A Magnificent Lagoon and plenty of Good Snorkeling, Three Sparkling Clear Fresh Water Swimming Pools on the beach - one for Beach Villa guests with a Children’s Wading Pool, another for Jacuzzi Beach Villa guests, and one beside the Meeraa Bar near Reception, Two Lighted Tennis Courts, Beach Volleyball, Badminton, Petanque, Bicycles and Football Grounds, Sports and Fitness Center with modern Exercise Equipment - Table Tennis, Billiards, Table Football, Darts and International Satellite TV sports coverage at each Bar.
