Baros is one of the resorts that has built up a devoted following of repeat visitors. It was closed down in 2005, and re-opened the island entirely with a new concept. For some guests, well maybe not so different - as the island itself was untouched in all constructions - the greenery and the beaches was kept as it is, has retained the essential intimacy, eco-friendliness, closeness to nature, which has let the repeaters loved so much Baros. The concept, style, look and the feel has place the resort among the elite.

Above is the Baros signature image, which anybody could view while walking down the jetty for the first time, your eyes will be drawn to the beautiful lines of the lagoon built, LIME restaurant. 24 DeLuxe Villas

The DeLuxe Villas are simple, 89sqm and does NOT have a four-poster bed - but very elegant. Set in flower glades by the beach, the Deluxe Villas have been created with flawless style exuding sheer sophistication. With veranda, each spacious, teak-floored bedroom features a large sofa and a kingsize bed. The bathroom with stand-alone tub extends into a sandstone-walled flower garden refreshed by a waterfall shower.

Beside the bliss of the sun-blessed beach, each Baros Villa (103sqm.) is discreetly secluded by tropical vegetation, with a wooden deck for lounging just a pace or two from the lagoon. The ingeniously designed interior has a kingsize bed embraced by curtains, louvered blinds on either side to let in sunlight, an exotic bathroom with a contemporary tub, and a rain shower in a secret garden.
