Ocean Pro runs' the dive school - and since this is Angsana everything has to be perfect; so, the dive school has
excellent information

As you can see from the
below picture the lagoon
is naturally huge, and
the reef is far from the
shore. Therefore the
western lagoon facing
side is good for
swimming, windsurfing
and other watersports,
as you move you could
feel that it deepens
quickly and the sea is
very clear and the
sea-bed is sandy.
In the eastern side
lagoon (ocean-facing
side) some snorkeling
could be done up-on the
corals - but for a
normal swimmer it will
be very difficult to get
onto the drop-off.
However, the island
organizes free boat
trips (two trips per
day) to this house reef;
and offers a pay-trip
three times a week to
aother local spots.
